Our Story

PulseFE is built by softofficepro.com, a software company based in Kolkata, India. We started with a simple observation: the survey tools used by Indian Market Research teams were designed for other markets — priced per interview in dollars, hosted on foreign servers, and unable to handle the languages, network conditions, and field realities of research in India.

So we built a platform from the ground up for the way fieldwork actually happens here: interviewers travelling to remote villages with no connectivity, supervisors needing proof that every interview really took place, and research directors expecting live dashboards in the tools their clients already use.

Ten years and more than ten million interviews later, PulseFE powers studies for some of the largest names in Indian research and industry — from KANTAR IMRB and ORG India to ITC Limited, Tata Motors and Deloitte.

What We Believe

🇮🇳

India-First by Design

Native scripts, local hosting, rupee pricing, and a support team based in Kolkata — built for the realities of the Indian MR industry.

🔬

Research-Grade Quality

Geofencing, audio QC, and back-check workflows exist because bad data is worse than no data. Quality is engineered in, not bolted on.

🤝

Partners, Not Vendors

Over 1,000 projects delivered side-by-side with our customers — scripting questionnaires, training field teams, and tuning dashboards.
